What does this mean? The MLS is the shared listing service agents use, so this search shows every agent's listings, not just mine. Concessions means the seller or builder helps pay your closing costs or rate. Taking over a loan (an assumable mortgage) means you keep the seller's existing rate. Seller financing means the seller acts as the bank.
