Franco Preston, your Lehi & Silicon Slopes REALTOR®
Lehi Real Estate Agent · Listing & Buyer Specialist
Who I am, how I work, and what my clients say. The easiest next step is a quick call.
Franco Preston is a real estate agent in Lehi, UT, serving Lehi, UT; American Fork, UT; Saratoga Springs, UT; Highland, UT; Alpine, UT; and Eagle Mountain, UT, including the Silicon Slopes tech corridor around Thanksgiving Point. He is a licensed Utah REALTOR (Lic. #13266410) and a co-owner of Olympus Real Estate, where he serves as Head of Personal & Professional Development. He holds a 5.0-star rating across 33 Google reviews.
Before real estate, Franco spent 14 years as a teacher and school administrator. He earned his master's from Southern Utah University in 2015 and was named Masters Student of the Year. In 2022 he founded Homes 4 Educators, a giving program built on a simple promise: with every closing, his client names a teacher who made an impact on their family, and that teacher receives $250 in cash.
Franco works both sides of a transaction. For sellers: pricing built on real sales data, a prep and staging plan, professional marketing, hard negotiation, and a clear net-proceeds sheet. For first-time and move-up buyers: comparing neighborhoods, commutes and homes, walking through new construction and builder incentives with Ivory, Edge, and Fieldstone Homes, and reading inspection reports honestly. He flips homes himself, so he reads condition, repair costs, and resale value the way an investor does.
Silicon Slopes is his home market, and relocation is his specialty. He walks out-of-state buyers through the area before they board a plane: where minutes off the Thanksgiving Point commute matter more than square footage, and how Pioneer Crossing and Mountain View Corridor decide which neighborhoods work.
Lehi is home. Franco has lived here 15 years and serves on Lehi High School's School Community Council. He knows why a Traverse Mountain address is a different life than a Holbrook Farms one, and what the 2027 Alpine School District split into Aspen Peaks and Lake Mountain will do to boundaries. He and his wife have been married 22 years and have four kids; she runs the children's theater at the Lehi Arts Center.

Lead. Guide. Protect.
A mountain guide doesn't climb for you. He gets you there safely.
Nobody hires a guide because they can't walk. They hire one because the guide has been up that mountain a hundred times. Buying or selling a home works the same way.
Before the trip
Scouts the route
A guide knows every trail, switchback and dead end before you ever lace up.
Franco knows why a Traverse Mountain address is a different life than a Holbrook Farms one, how Pioneer Crossing and Mountain View Corridor change your commute, and what the 2027 school district split will do to boundaries.
Before the trip
Reads the conditions
A guide checks the weather and the snowpack, not the brochure.
Pricing built on real sales data, not wishful thinking. And every week he checks what the big builders are really offering, straight from their own sites.
Before the trip
Checks the gear
A guide inspects your gear, because a small problem at the trailhead becomes a big one at 11,000 feet.
He flips homes himself, so he reads inspection reports, repair costs and resale value the way an investor does, and tells you honestly what he sees.
On the trail
Sets a pace you can keep
A good guide never drags the group up faster than it can go.
First-time buyers get a plan timed to the end of their lease or whenever they're ready. No rush. No obligation.
On the trail
Knows when to turn back
The best guides are the ones willing to say "not today."
"He definitely didn't want to sell us a house that we didn't want." That's from a client review, not a slogan.
Summit & home
Gets everyone home safe
Reaching the top is optional. Getting down is mandatory.
Contracts, deadlines and your good-faith deposit (earnest money) go through broker review, client money stays in a separate brokerage trust account, and he's still picking up the phone after closing.
Co-owner · Olympus Real Estate
The agent who coaches the agents.
Franco is a co-owner of Olympus Real Estate, a Utah brokerage, where he is in charge of personal and professional development for its agents. When you hire him, you get the person who sets the standard, not someone still learning it.
- A second set of expert eyes on your dealContracts, disclosures, deadlines and earnest money (your good-faith deposit) go through broker review with principal broker Keith Callister, not one person's memory.
- A broker who picks upWhen something unusual comes up mid-transaction, there is a broker to call instead of a queue to wait in.
- Your money is protectedEarnest money and client funds sit in the brokerage trust account, a separate account just for client money, never an agent's personal account.

What clients say after closing.
What reviewers mention most, straight from Google:
Buying a first home is complicated but they guided us clearly through the whole process and made it all feel simple! They both were very responsive even when they were out of town. … After we closed Franco continued to be open to our needs and contacted the seller to help us get answers to our questions.
He definitely didn't want to sell us a house that we didn't want. … It felt like he actually wanted us to be happy with whatever we ended up in rather than pushing another sale through. He also drove 45 minutes at the drop of a dime to show us whatever house we wanted to see.
When it was looking like we might not be able to pull things off, Franco came through and with his own money, repainted the exterior of the home and had a handful of construction things taken care of on the inside. When it came down to sign, everything was exactly as promised.
He is so patient and understanding. I felt like we could talk to him about any concern we had. … As a former teacher I love his mission of being able to support other teachers. It felt good knowing we were also giving to a good cause.
